I'm a PhD in women's and gender studies. I teach classes on topics such as transnational women's movements, introduction to queer studies, and a service-learning class that has students collaborating with local community organizations. In general, I seek out ways to embrace a non-hierarchical approach to research and teaching and believe that the more I can learn about how to use technology, the better I will be able to use it to pursue these ends in producing and sharing knowledge.
