I'm a second year graduate student at Columbia University, getting my Masters in Human Rights, with a speciality in Sexual Politics and Gender Identity. My research is heavily informed by queer and post-structuralist theory, international feminisms, and post-colonial politics. I am very interested in the questioning of privilege, examination of notions of agency and empowerment, and the destabilization of binary, oppositional social and political structures and hierarchies.
